For roofers, solar, HVAC, remodelers, electricians, plumbers, haulers and suppliers

Tomorrow's jobs, from last night's permits.

Every night the city publishes the building permits it issued. PermitMorning reads each one, works out what the job is, which trades it still needs and roughly how big it is, then emails you the ones worth a call, ranked for your trade.

No credit card. Every Pro feature during the trial. Austin and Chicago, updated daily.

How it works

Ten minutes to set up. After that it runs every morning without you.

1

Tell us your trade and where you work

Pick your trade, your city and, if you like, the ZIP codes or neighborhoods you cover. Add the smallest job worth your time.

2

We read every new permit

Each permit is classified by AI: the kind of job, the trades it still needs, homes or commercial, job size, and whether a contractor is already on it.

3

The best ones land in your inbox

A short, ranked email every weekday morning (or weekly). Work the leads in the dashboard: save, contact, quote, win, set follow-ups.

Ranked for your trade, not just filtered

The contractor who pulled a permit has usually already sold that job. The permit is gold for the next trade in line. Scoring is built around that.

Roofers

New homes, additions and garages that will need a roof, plus roof permits pulled by owners with no contractor named.

Solar installers

Fresh reroofs (the best moment to add panels), new homes and electrical service upgrades.

HVAC companies

New construction, additions and commercial build-outs that need systems and ductwork.

Remodelers

Demolitions, foundation work, additions, porches and decks, and owner-filed projects.

Electricians and plumbers

Kitchen and bath remodels, additions, pools, EV chargers and new builds.

Dumpster and hauling

Demolitions, reroofs and remodels, with the contractor on the permit named so you know whom to call.

Building-material suppliers

New homes, additions, reroofs and window jobs, with the general contractor named.

It learns from you

Mark a lead useful or irrelevant. Similar permits move up or down in your next digests.

Outreach drafts (Pro)

One click writes a short letter to the owner or an email to the contractor, plus a call opener. Facts only, placeholders where your details go.

Questions people ask

Where does the data come from?

From the cities' own open-data portals: the City of Austin's "Issued Construction Permits" and the City of Chicago's "Building Permits" datasets. We do not scrape private sites or buy lists. Every lead links back to the public record.

Isn't the job already sold if there is a permit?

For the trade that pulled it, often yes, and we say so on the lead. But a reroof still needs a dumpster and materials and is the best moment for solar; a new home needs every trade; a demolition means a rebuild. And when an owner pulls a permit with no contractor named, they may still be looking. That is what the ranking is for.

How fresh are the leads?

Austin publishes permits the same day they are issued; Chicago publishes yesterday's permits the next morning. Your digest arrives around 8:30 am Central on weekdays. The dashboard shows when each city last updated.

What is fact and what is an AI guess?

The address, permit number, dates, description, stated value, and owner and contractor names come straight from the city record. The job type, trades still needed, job size (when no value is stated), sector and summary are estimates by Claude (Anthropic's AI) from the permit text. The score combines those with your settings. Check before you rely on an estimate.

Do you give me homeowner phone numbers or emails?

No. Cities do not publish them and we do not buy or append contact data. Austin publishes the contractor's business phone, which we show. Contacting people is your call: follow CAN-SPAM for email, and do-not-call and consent rules for calls and texts to homeowners. Our outreach drafts include those reminders.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from Settings. No contract. If you cancel during the trial you are never charged.
